Proof you can ask for

Certificate of insurance

Boards, managing agents and resident managers ask for one before a cleaner enters the building. Send us the holder wording and we email the certificate.

  • What is on it

    • General liability insurance, $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate

Covers damage to a unit or the building while we clean. We send a certificate on request and can name your managing agent and building as certificate holders.

    • Workers' compensation and disability benefits insurance

Covers our crew while they work in your building. The certificate comes with the general liability one.

  • Business registration

    • Business registrationVerify

NY Registration 000000 · New York Department of State, Division of Corporations

Registers the business with the state. New York has no license for cleaning homes or building units; look the number up in the state business search.

Request

Ask for the certificate

Fill in what the building wants on it. We reply by email, usually the same day the office is open.

Who is asking

A request books no visit. The certificate lists our limits as numbers and names the holder you give us.

About the certificate

How fast do you send it?

During office hours, usually the same day. A request that arrives after hours is handled the next business day.

Can you name the building as additional insured?

Yes. Put the exact wording in the form. If the building has a rider, email it to us.

Are the limits higher on request?

Tell us what the building requires. We say what we carry and whether we can meet it before you book.

Does it renew?

We send a new one when the policy renews, to the contact on your building file.
