Questions about this service
Can you clean the same day the movers leave?
Often yes, if your building lets us book the elevator in the afternoon. We confirm it before you commit.
Do you clean for the new resident too?
Yes. A move-in clean is the same checklist, booked for the days before the movers.
Does a clean guarantee my deposit?
No. We follow your lease and send a photo note. The decision on a deposit is your landlord or board's.
