None of these are in a standard visit. Each is a line on the written quote, so you see it before you say yes.

Limits

Heavy lifting and furniture moving
We move a chair to clean under it. We do not move a dresser.
Mold, hoarding and biohazards
These need a specialist. We will say so on the call and give you a name to ask.
Windows from outside
No ladders, and nobody leans out of a window. Interior glass only.
Pests and repairs
We tell you what we see. Your super or a licensed trade handles it.
