Privacy policy

This policy explains what Burnett Cleaning collects when you use this site, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book a visit or request a certificate we collect your name, phone number, email, building address, apartment number and anything you write in the message. We use cookies only to run the site.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, set up the visit, tell your building's front desk who is coming, and send the certificate you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

The front desk, the super or the managing agent see your name, unit and visit time, so they can let us in. Our payment processor handles card details; we do not store them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. Email office@burnettcleaning.com or call (718) 555-0100.
