Visit plans

A plan is a standing weekday and elevator window. The rate comes down the more often we come, and the building file is included in all three.

  • Monthly

One visit a month, for a small apartment kept tidy in between.

    • Same two cleaners on the building file
    • Names to the front desk the day before
    • Service elevator booked for the visit
    • Our own cloths and products, fragrance-free on request
    • Inside the oven or fridge
    • Interior windows
    Term:
Billed to your card after each visit.

Skip or move a visit by text at least 48 hours ahead and there is no charge; closer than that we may charge half the visit. No contract, no sign-up fee.

  • Every two weeks

The price depends on the apartment's size, its condition and how often we come. A standard visit is set for a one-bedroom up to 750 sq ft with one bathroom; larger or heavily used apartments are quoted in writing after a short call or a few photos. The rate comes down the more often we come.

For boards and managers

How a building plan works

A building plan is not a different price. It is one set-up for the whole building, so each new resident starts faster.

  1. 01

Step 1: The building says yes once

The board or managing agent approves us, and we send the certificate and read the house rules.

  2. 02

Step 2: Residents book in their own name

Each resident chooses a plan and pays us directly. The building pays nothing.

  3. 03

Step 3: One file for every unit

The desk list, the elevator method and the rules stay on one file, so a second unit books without more paperwork.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Cancel any time

A resident ends a plan by text. The building file stays open for the others.

How pricing works

What moves the number

You see the number in writing before the first visit. The quote lists every extra by name.

  • 01

    Apartment size

A one-bedroom up to 750 sq ft with one bath is the standard visit. Bigger apartments are quoted.

  • 02

    Condition

A first visit after a long gap takes longer. We quote it separately.

  • 03

    How often

Monthly, every two weeks or weekly sets the rate.

  • 04

    The building

A walk-up with no service elevator adds carrying time.

Plan terms, in plain words

What is included?

A standard visit by two cleaners, the checklist, our own cloths and products, the desk list and the elevator booking. Inside the oven or fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows and radiators are extra and quoted first.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay after each visit by card. You can skip, move or end a plan by text.

What if I cancel late?

Text at least 48 hours ahead and there is no charge. Closer than that we may charge half the visit.

Are the prices fixed?

Rates are for the apartment size on the quote. If the apartment changes, so does the rate, in writing, before the next visit.

Which plan fits your apartment?

Tell us the size and the building. We will write the number down.
